General terms

These Terms of Use cover all of the services hosted by F-hub.org.

F-hub.org is run by a group of volunteers and is not a formally established legal entity (yet?).

By registering and using an account on the f-hub.org servers, you agree with the following Terms of Service and the F-hub.org privacy policy. For children under 16, the registration must be performed in consent with the holder of parental responsibility over the child.

By accessing F-hub.org or related services (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “F-hub.org”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use F-hub.org or services hosted by us. We may change these at any time and we'll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “F-hub.org” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.

Data storage

As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in our database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, F-hub.org shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Availability

The F-hub.org service is a non-commercial project run by volunteers and not a formally established legal entity. Its primary aim is to make federated code-collaboration & project communication more accessible. There are no availability guarantees and high-traffic commercial use is not supported.

Forbidden activities

You agree not to share any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the countries where F-hub.org is hosted (Portugal/Germany) or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider and/or local law enforcement agencies if deemed legally required by us.

Data and account deletion

We reserve the right to delete accounts that have not been used for 6 months or longer (though we have not made use of this right yet). Please contact us if you want your account deleted yourself.

You agree that F-hub.org have the right to remove, edit, move or close any repository at any time should we see fit, but we will try to inform you beforehand so that you can export your data.
