Donations & funding goals

You can donate via LiberaPay to the F-hub.org umbrella organization that is operating the slrpnk.net servers.

Here we will list the approximate costs, although not everything can be neatly separated from F-hub.org which Slrpnk.net shares servers and infrastructure with.

Hardware investments

• Second-hand UPS and new battery ~ 140€
  
• Replacement backup hard-drive 8TB ~200€
• 2.5gbit Ethernet card ~20€

Recurring Costs

• Slrpnk.net domain and basic out-going email hosting: 13 € / yr.
• Glass-fibre internet connection: 40€ / month (shared with other services).
• Electricity consumption: Mostly for free as we run off a solar PV system.

Funding goals

• Short term: recovery of hardware investments.
• Medium term: Upgrade of server.
• Long term: compensation of some time spend on server maintenance.

Donation of server hardware

If you have some (power efficient) second hand server hardware not older than 2015 or so and are willing to ship it to us, please let us know. EU based shipments preferred due to customs etc.
